Regional Family Dispute Resolution
A process designed to help people in dispute to reach agreement by assisting one or more of those involved to resolve personal and relationship issues that may be preventing them from reaching agreement. The process is conducted by a counsellor, possibly in cooperation with another dispute resolution professional. Regional Primary Dispute Resolution (RPDR) services provide a range of services to help separating families resolve disputes. The services include education, information, counselling, mediation, conciliation and group work. Registered family dispute resolution provider. Can assist separating families to sort out arrangements for the children and, if required, provide certificates to confirm to a court that an attempt at family dispute resolution was made.
